You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information. Wholesale (volume-pricing) accounts are subject to review and approval, and we may verify your business details. We may revoke wholesale status at our discretion if the terms of your wholesale agreement or minimum order requirements are not met.

• All prices are in U.S. dollars. Prices and product availability may change without notice.
• Certain premium lamps and hardware may be offered exclusively online and in limited quantities.
• We may refuse, limit, or cancel any order (including for pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock issues). If we cancel a paid order, we'll refund it.
• Approved wholesale accounts receive volume tier pricing; tiers are applied automatically based on your cart total.
• Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout where required.

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. By submitting an order you authorize us, via Stripe, to charge your selected payment method for the order total, including shipping and tax.

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy and returns by our Returns & Refund Policy.

Promotional codes and free-gift offers are subject to their stated conditions (such as minimum order amounts and first-order eligibility), may be limited to one use per customer, and may be changed or withdrawn at any time. Offers cannot be combined unless stated.

Reptile heat and lighting products must be installed and used according to manufacturer instructions and appropriate fixtures and thermostats. You are responsible for safe installation and use. We are not liable for damage or injury resulting from misuse.

All content on this site — logos, text, images, and design — is owned by Outrider Reptiles or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.

The site and products are provided "as is" to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Outrider Reptiles is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product at issue.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.

We may update these Terms from time to time; the "last updated" date above reflects the latest version. Your continued use of the site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
