• Account information — your name, email address, password (stored only as a secure hash), and, for wholesale accounts, your business name, phone number, and tax ID.
• Order information — items purchased, shipping address, and order history.
• Payment information — card payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number; Stripe handles it under PCI-DSS.
• Usage & device data — if you consent to analytics, we collect standard analytics data (pages viewed, device, approximate location) via Google Analytics / Google Tag Manager.

• To process and fulfill your orders and send order confirmations and shipping updates.
• To create and manage your account and review wholesale applications.
• To respond to support requests and provide customer service.
• To send marketing emails only if you opt in (you can unsubscribe at any time).
• To detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, or security issues.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate the store, including: Stripe (payments), FedEx and other carriers (shipping), Mailjet(transactional and marketing email), and Google Analytics (analytics, with your consent). We may also disclose information if required by law.

We use essential cookies to run the site (for example, to keep you signed in and remember your cart). Analytics cookies load only after you choose "Accept" in our cookie banner. Choosing "Reject" keeps the site fully functional without analytics tracking. You can change your choice any time by clearing the site's cookies in your browser.

Depending on where you live (including under the California Consumer Privacy Act), you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information, and to opt out of marketing. You can delete your account and personal data at any time from your account page; past orders are retained in de-identified form for tax and financial recordkeeping. We retain order records as required for tax and legal purposes. We protect your data with encryption in transit (TLS), hashed passwords, and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to safeguard your information.

Our store is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
