Here's where we ship, where your order is fulfilled, what shipping costs, and how to track your delivery.
We currently ship within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. Orders to Alaska and Hawaii may include a small carrier surcharge, shown at checkout.
While our corporate headquarters is in Colorado, all orders are fulfilled and shipped directly from our warehouse in California. Estimated delivery times reflect a California origin.
Orders that meet our published free-shipping threshold (currently $250) ship free within the continental U.S. This applies to both retail customers and approved wholesale partners. The exact threshold is always shown in your cart as you approach it.
For orders below the free-shipping threshold, shipping is calculated at checkout based on your ZIP code. We offer:
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days. Transit time is in addition to processing time. You'll receive an email confirmation when your order ships.
Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number. You can also view order status and tracking from your order history.
